How Do Neurodivergent Folks Hold an In-Person Job and Manage All Other Responsibilities?

The answer I tend to get is, 'That is why most are self-employed.' But many don't have that luxury? How do they handle a spiky profile, limited social battery, navigating social expectations, and still being able to cook, clean, and parent?

What gets sacrificed for that kind of job?
