The Breakdown of 'Top Gun: Maverick', 'Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers', 'Crush' and Remembering Ray Liotta

Top Gun is a beloved 1980s movies, but there aren't many that would say that it demanded a sequel. Yet, after four decades, we have one, and it is the marquee review on The Movie Breakdown. We look at the history of the series, the amazing journey to make this movie, if it justifies returning to this world, and where it stands among other big summer tentpoles.

As well, we review to other movies including another picture that brings back 1980s icons in the animated live action hybrid, Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers. We also have a new high school romantic comedy in Crush. After the movie reviews, we discuss the career and legacy of Ray Liotta, and look at how he means more than just being the star of Goodfellas.

As always, we had a blast recording the show, and we really hope you love listening to it. If you do, then please help us out by spreading the word, so other movie fans can find us.
