A Howling Good Time on the River

 

We ended our Stratford adventure with a paddle on the river. Emily and Everett rented some kayaks, and I took our Stand-up Paddleboard with Danika and Frio. Early on our journey, Danika jumped off the board but did it in a way that looked more like a 'fall'. Frio absolutely did not like that approach and started letting out a high-pitched howl that I'd never heard. He eventually jumped into the water with possible plans to try to save Danika. Eventually, everyone was back on the board, and Frio calmed down. His protective instincts were in full force today.

Maybe not a relaxing paddle, but it was an adventure.
