Coming to Terms with My Brain

My mind does not whisper.

It shouts ideas, connections, memories, anxieties, jokes, and half-formed insights all at once.

Yes, it gets overwhelming.
Yes, it gets exhausting.

But it’s also the reason I see patterns others miss, feel stories deeply, and make strange, wonderful creative leaps.

I don’t want a quieter brain anymore.
I want a kinder relationship with the one I have.
