My To-Do List has 155 Things


And my brain is annoyed I haven't added more.

Yes, I'm aware it stops being a To-Do list when it rockets past a Top Ten. 

Now, it has just become a repository for mental vomit. Sounds gross, but just as much of a mess if I have any aspirations to use it.

But that is the joy of ADHD, a brain that always feels there is more to pile on, and every single thing seems urgent. But at least we have caught one of the sources of my constant overwhelm. 

Time to take out the hatchet.
