I'm trying to get a better gauge of what gives me energy, what burns me out, what helps me recover, and what must be done for 'productive' days.
I got a crumpled map that is my AuDHd diagnosis. I now know these challenges don't mean I was broken or lazy.
But now, I must really try to understand what I can handle and how to make a day successful.
