Santa Letters?

I keep holding off until it gets rather late to start implementing an idea. I probably should have started promoting Santa letters a few weeks back. Last year, the idea was a huge flop, but I wasn't promoting them until close to December. But is there any interest in them? I get that people think, why would they go with me, when they can use AI.

But AI sucks. It will be a generic letter stolen from other authors' work. My stuff can be as generic or batshit insane as you want. Because I am a creative human excited to craft it anyway the customer wants.

I might even be able to get a local artist to help design the letters to give them some added flair.

But any interest? Did it flop last year because I waited too late, or because no one wanted this service?
