What Do You Wish People Understood About You?

I have heard phrases like 'take initiative', 'pay attention', 'focus', 'be more careful', 'work harder', or 'if you wanted to do it, then you would' my whole life. I recognize the importance of taking accountability. I wish they better understood that AuDHD doesn't always mean that I can just do it.
