It is a special episode called "The Breakdown of Things Done Every Time" where we look at worn-out and tired stylistic and plot elements that big studio movies keep on using. These are elements that if used sparingly might be good or have an emotional impact but now have become cliché and predictable and it is time for them to be retired. But movies like the above Man of Steel show the routine CGIed destroy a city climax isn't going anywhere soon. As always if you enjoy the show then please spread the love and if you have time, then give us a five star review on our iTunes page.
